Very full skirt is tulle with wide lace trim on the top layer, followed by a layer of plain tulle and then a layer of creamy acetate lining. The bodice is made with the lining fabric and is fitted close to the body with boning and then the whole top of the dress is wrapped with tulle. Charming sweetheart neckline and a peak at the center of the waistline. The overall effect is stunning and

It is a large wallet meant for the inside pocket of a coat or jacket
The sizing is perfect for someone medium to large as the natural shoulder line is about 17" across but I think it would be overwhelming for someone with a small frame
ruching at the sides over the bust-line and sweetheart neckline
